4PL: We guarantee that all your logistics needs will be met in full and on time.
Contract Logistics: We guarantee efficient and effective management of your logistics operations.
Customs Services: We guarantee that your cargo will be cleared on time and in compliance with all requirements.

Exclusions from the Guarantee

The guarantee does not cover cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or political unrest. Additionally, the guarantee does not apply to situations where damage to the cargo was caused by the client’s negligence.

How to Obtain a Guarantee

To obtain a guarantee for TVL’s services, you need to sign a service agreement. The agreement will specify the particular guarantee terms that apply to your specific order.

To obtain a service guarantee from TVL, you need to follow these steps:

Enter into a service agreement with TVL. The service agreement contains all the guarantee terms that apply to your specific order.
Notify TVL of any issues with your cargo. If your cargo has been damaged or lost, you must inform TVL as soon as possible.
Provide TVL with evidence of damage or loss. This evidence may include photos, videos, or other documents that confirm the cargo was damaged or lost. TVL will review your claim and inform you of their decision within a reasonable time frame. If your claim is approved, TVL will compensate you for the value of the damaged or lost cargo.
