We work under a contract and guarantee compliance with all its terms. We operate our own modern fleet of vehicles. Every vehicle is covered by CMR insurance. In addition, all vehicles undergo regular maintenance, which helps minimize the risk of delivery delays.
Drivers strictly follow the planned route and stop only at paid secured parking areas equipped with video surveillance. This allows us to ensure the safety and integrity of your cargo.
We recommend planning transportation and submitting a request 5–7 days in advance. However, we also handle urgent shipments if the client has such a request.
We provide delivery from Ukraine to Europe starting from 2 days. The final delivery time depends on the type of cargo and transport used.
We are licensed to provide customs brokerage services and have in-house customs brokers on our team. We handle customs clearance for a wide variety of goods and take on complex projects.
CMR is an international consignment note. It is the main and mandatory document used in international transportation.
The document must contain the following information: sender and recipient details, loading and unloading locations, number of packages, gross weight, and volume. The CMR document must also include the stamps of both the sender and the carrier.
On average, customs clearance takes from 4 hours to 1 day.

TVL works with most industries and transports equipment, IT hardware, clothing, food products, industrial goods, and humanitarian aid.
The standard package of documents includes: export customs declaration, invoice, packing list, CMR, and a foreign trade agreement. If available, a payment confirmation and technical documentation for the goods can also be added.
The need for additional documents (certificates, expert opinions, etc.) depends on the specifics of the goods, so this should be clarified with a customs broker.
