Service prices are always calculated individually. The final cost depends on the following factors:

• the length and complexity of the route. In some cases, logistics specialists use intermodal and multimodal schemes;
• type of cargo. Transporting general cargo is always more expensive than consolidated cargo;
• type of vehicle body. Prices differ for curtain-sided trucks, refrigerated trucks, insulated trucks, dump trucks, etc.;
• size and weight of the cargo. Oversized transportation requires more detailed planning, additional documentation, and the use of special vehicles.

We recommend planning transportation and submitting a request 2–3 days in advance. However, if you have an urgent situation, we can handle express cargo transportation. We will select a vehicle and organize delivery to the required address.

Cross-border cargo transportation is possible only with a CMR waybill.
This is a special convention governing international road freight transport, valid in Ukraine, Europe, the Baltic states, and most CIS countries. The CMR serves as the document confirming the tripartite transportation contract and outlines the responsibilities of the sender, the recipient, and the carrier.

The waybill contains all relevant information about the transported goods: the carrier, the type of cargo, its quantity, the point of departure and arrival, the time of customs entry, accompanying documents, and more. As the vehicle crosses borders, the document receives stamps and notes.

For the transportation of dangerous goods, an ADR license is required. For movement within Europe, a Green Card insurance policy is mandatory. The freight forwarder accompanying the cargo must also have liability insurance.

When calculating delivery times, not only the distance and the speed of the truck are taken into account. Several factors influence the estimated delivery time:

• • • Distance;
    • The complexity of the route and road conditions. The speed of movement on mountain roads is significantly lower than on regular routes. For example, a truck will cover 100 km in Germany faster than 100 km in Montenegro. Poor road conditions in Ukraine also slow down transportation compared to European roads;
    • The time required to pass customs control at the border;
    • Weather conditions;
    • The driving and rest schedule of the driver according to AETR regulations. This European agreement governs the working hours of drivers involved in international road transport. Among many provisions, it defines mandatory driving and rest periods during a trip. Compliance with these requirements is strictly monitored.

This is an international consignment note used in foreign trade and is the main mandatory document for international road transport.
The CMR road waybill is a transport document that confirms the existence of a contract between the carrier and the sender for the road transportation of goods.

For international road transport, this document must contain the following information:

• • date of shipment;
  • description of the cargo being transported;
  • name and address of the carrier;
  • name of the consignee;
  • delivery deadline;
  • transportation cost;

The CMR waybill is issued in three copies:
the first copy is given to the sender, the second accompanies the goods, and the third remains with the carrier.
