Requirements for the candidate:
  • Prompt resolution of emerging issues;
  • Database management: document flow, entering/correcting information in CRM;
  • Ability to work: CRM, telephony;
  • Knowledge of a foreign language will be a plus;

Responsibilities for this position:
  • Processing of incoming orders and support of work with existing customers and carriers;
  • Searching for transportation to meet the client’s needs;
  • Full customer support 24/7 for all customer requests;
  • Knowledge and ability to orient the client on the possibilities, prices and delivery times;
  • Active search, attraction and replenishment of the contractor base;
  • Manage the flight from the moment of loading to unloading;
  • Dynamic negotiations with partners.

Candidate requirements:
  • Experience in a similar position from 2 years;

  • English language proficiency at B2 level;

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of foreign economic contracts;
  • Preparation of primary documents for signed contracts;
  • Preparation of necessary documents for declaration and customs clearance;
  • Monitoring compliance with obligations under signed contracts;
  • Analysis of competitive situation in international trade markets;
  • Participation in negotiations and correspondence, and concluding agreements with foreign partners;
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and company partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and processing of declarations;
  • Preparation and compilation of necessary documents for customs clearance;
  • Full support of the customs clearance process for goods;
  • Issuance of EUR-1 certificates;
  • Processing customs declarations for import and export;
  • Interaction with the State Consumer Service and other agencies to achieve the desired result.

  • Organization of the full warehouse process from receiving goods to sending orders to customers;
  • Control of supporting documentation;
  • Control of the correct placement and rotation of goods;
  • Full maintenance of warehouse accounting, documentation (expense, commodity and transport nactadas, etc.);
  • Receipt of goods according to invoices, write-offs, movements, returns;
  • Organization of the work of loaders;
  • Participate in inventories;
  • Keep the warehouse in order.

Responsibilities:
  • To actively search for and attract customers for cooperation through tele- and Internet communications, personal contacts, etc;
  • Analyze and monitor the logistics market via the Internet and other resources;
  • Negotiate with counterparties, discuss the terms, conditions, timing and cost of cargo delivery;
  • Prepare invoices for clients, conclude contracts, and execute documents;
  • Control of completeness and execution of applications, shipping documents;
  • Control of mutual settlements with counterparties;
  • Monitoring of rates in the transportation services market (motor vehicles), pricing analysis.
