Transportation of food cargo, including fresh and frozen products, is an extremely difficult type of goods to transport, which requires compliance with special rules, such as strict temperature and humidity conditions. This is necessary to maintain their quality and safety. There are specific recommendations for both categories of products, and common to them are compliance of transport and procedures with existing norms and standards (for example, HACCP or local sanitary requirements), route planning to minimize transportation time, and the use of an online temperature monitoring system.
For the transportation of fresh products (meat, fish, dairy products, vegetables and fruits), it is necessary to maintain a temperature from 0 ° C to + 8 ° C, sealed packaging and transportation in refrigerated trucks with temperature control using built-in thermometers. Frozen products (seafood, meat, semi-finished products) require maintaining a temperature of -18 ° C or lower, packaging in thermal containers and transportation in refrigerated trucks, where negative temperatures are maintained.
Transportation of fertilizers, seeds and other goods for agricultural production also has its own characteristics and requires ensuring safety, maintaining quality and compliance with legal requirements. Thus, seeds should be transported at a temperature of 5°C to 25°C in strong bags or boxes protected from moisture, dust and mechanical damage, direct sunlight and high temperatures. The packaging was airtight and protected the seeds from pests and contamination.
Particular attention is paid to the transportation of fertilizers and requires transportation in airtight packaging to prevent contact with moisture and leakage, for liquid compositions – special tanks. Even more stringent requirements are imposed on the transportation of pesticides and herbicides. In this case, you cannot do without strict compliance with the rules for the transportation of dangerous goods, while transportation must be carried out only in original packaging with marking, complete exclusion of contact with drinking water and food.
A complex procedure and transportation of farm animals. New conditions of placement, shaking on the way, loading and unloading cause nervous excitement in them, refusal to feed, negatively affect the weight. Therefore, animals must be transported taking into account climatic features, as well as:

• ensure comfort during loading and unloading with minimal downtime during these operations;
• create conditions that ensure minimal losses in live weight and prevent damage to animals during transportation.

For these purposes, it is most appropriate to use tractor-trailers with semi-trailers-vans.
